Fucking hell. There was a production error on some SGA boxsets sold in Canada, and my disc 5 is labelled as that, but is actually disc 1 again. Now I have to find out whether I'm supposed to return the whole thing to Amazon.ca or send in to Sony for the replacement disc.

I'm hoping it'll be just swap single disc with Sony, cause when will Amazon have boxsets in that they know are ok? And returning it might jeopardise the $10 giftvoucher I'm due to get from this purchase *g*.

I'm not sure that Sony will actually do it for us considering they aren't even going to ship to people with a PO Box within Canada. I'll be surprised if they'll ship it overseas.

Oh, if Sony won't exchange, I'll have to send the whole boxset back to Amazon, there should be no problem with that. Thanks for the offer, I'll keep it in mind, but they might get shirty about shipping to an address that doesn't match the delivery address on my receipt (but I might try anyway *g*).

My instructions from SPHE are to return to retailer for exchange/refund, so I've emailed Amazon. I suspect it's different depending on where you are, but thanks :)

From memory when I had to return something to amazon.ca they also refunded the cost of the return shipping. Of course I emailed them first to ask about that since it seems unfair I should wear the cost or posting the disk back when they sent me the wrong thing in the first place.
