some Friday night whining

So, that's three nights in a row I haven't left work til around 9pm. I have class all day tomorrow. I'm gonna go to work on Sunday after we have a family yum cha outing for Mother's Day.

[Edit] Ack, my whining is bugging even myself. Sorry.

In fannish news, while they are no replacement for my beloved departed Kyle/Oliver, I've fallen for Luke/Reid over on As the World Turns. I've seen a bunch of the Luke/Noah stuff, but no where near all, cause I'd heard how shitty the "plots" were a lot of the time. But Luke/Reid are hot, and it's good classic soap - someone being torn between their ex (who they still love, even though their relationship was going nowhere) and the hot doctor treating the ex.

And I'm reading some skating RPS, since thanks to my f-list, I know way more than anyone who isn't in the fandom should know :D

There seriously is nothing sexier than build-up and teasing and anticipation. This is good soap, reminds me what I loved about them when I was a kid (except now they are gayer!)

I can watch Luke stare at Reid's mouth over and over again.

Speaking of mouths, Luke's is very pretty and he does that whole silently-begging-to-be-kissed thing VERY WELL, ha cha cha. >:)

I love it if someone would see Reid and Luke together, when Luke is looking particularly blonde and twinky and begging-to-be-kissed, and declare that they are calling Reid "Brian Kinney" from now on.
