Another question about the FBR store

I finally got a reply from them about my new order that hadn't got processed - somehow, a payment method wasn't selected (I'm pretty sure that I filled everything in, but ok). They told me:

If you'd still like the order, you can log in to your webstore account and resubmit a new payment.

Um, how? I can see how to update payment details, but not how to select a payment method for a specific order. I've emailed them back, but that'll probably take another week. Half the stuff I was ordering was on sale, it's probably fucking sold out now :( I'd cancel the order, but there's no easy way to do that online, and I still really want the Cobra hoodie.

Also, how come I can get shirts from Threadless in a week (yay!) but it's gonna take them forever to get the Panic boxset to me? I guess I may as well ask why not everyone in the US has got their order yet. Fuckers.

I have said it before, and I will say it again, THE FBR WEBSTORE IS THE WORSE IN THE UNIVERSE. My pre-order for The Cab is still "pending". I had an order that was "pending" for a month last year. I finally dug up the email with their phone number...because it has been 4 days since I sent an email about it, and still nothing.

FBR are the worst site ever to order from and it annoys me to death you have to go there to get some stuff. I have an order from way before I ordered the Panic box set that still hasn't arrived. Fuckers.

I get s//c stuff three hundred times faster than FBR stuff. It drives me nuts. They sent my Viva La Cobra to the Ascension Islands and I am still waiting on an order from waaay back. I just wish you could get some of the stuff from other places so I don't have to keep giving money to them.

They refunded my money and I went and bought Viva someplace else and then it showed up. I did not feel I needed to give them the money back as really it took four months to come. I ended up with my polaroid as well. So its all worked out okay. So ha FBR my CD from you was free, free I tell you.

You know how we don't get tracking numbers on items, cause international - I'm pretty sure that is a feature of USPS services. I was whining to friends at work about their crappy service, and A from Logistics was all "so the person picking the order is just too lazy to enter the code to enable tracking?", cause he was fairly sure we should have it, using USPS.

I just checked my crappy packaging and there is no obvious tracking number on it. My guess is we are seen as a small market place and they don't care. Mind you they are fucking up US orders as well so maybe they just suck. *G*

The postage could be worse - it could be from the Clandestine store. I nearly had a heart attack when I priced getting a couple of items from there (and didn't do it).
