Help? Download problem

I've tried googling for this, and the support section on their website, and got nothing.

I'm downloading a file from a friend using Star Downloader, and 349 meg (out of 351 meg) have downloaded, but now I've got an error message of "Requested Range Not Satisfiable" and it won't resume. The file itself is in multiple parts in the partial downloads folder (once or twice I've had something freeze at the end, but I've been able to get the basically complete file from that folder).

I'd really prefer not to have to download again if it can be avoided - I'm watching so many shows I'm pushing my download limit already :)

Not an answer to your problem, but it may be worth re-downloading because there were sync issues with the first file I put up.

Ah well, best redownload or otherwise obtain, cause it was Heroes. I didn't download til this morning though (offpeak) and it went quickly until the last two meg. So weird.

When did you start downloading? The correct file was up by 12am last night. Also, that was a smaller file. Have you tried playing it yet?

Test it out, just in case.

I put the address in my download manager, but it didn't actually start til this morning because the computer rebooted and I hadn't put the password in again yet. It's in four segments at the moment, StarDownloader hadn't actually gotten around to recombining, but I'll see if they can play.
