Help? Download problem

I've tried googling for this, and the support section on their website, and got nothing.

I'm downloading a file from a friend using Star Downloader, and 349 meg (out of 351 meg) have downloaded, but now I've got an error message of "Requested Range Not Satisfiable" and it won't resume. The file itself is in multiple parts in the partial downloads folder (once or twice I've had something freeze at the end, but I've been able to get the basically complete file from that folder).

I'd really prefer not to have to download again if it can be avoided - I'm watching so many shows I'm pushing my download limit already :)

Not an answer to your problem, but it may be worth re-downloading because there were sync issues with the first file I put up.

Ah well, best redownload or otherwise obtain, cause it was Heroes. I didn't download til this morning though (offpeak) and it went quickly until the last two meg. So weird.

When did you start downloading? The correct file was up by 12am last night. Also, that was a smaller file. Have you tried playing it yet?

Test it out, just in case.

I put the address in my download manager, but it didn't actually start til this morning because the computer rebooted and I hadn't put the password in again yet. It's in four segments at the moment, StarDownloader hadn't actually gotten around to recombining, but I'll see if they can play.

I'm watching it now - looks good, but I ended up downloading two versions.

I got two versions as well I think. And it is definately worth downloading again. (If you can use RapidShare and rar archives, places like projecttr com has links up. Episodes are in four parts, rar archive, unzip to watch. And for me at least, they go down in less than half an hour.)

I could download it again, I'd just prefer that I didn't have to, since I have a lot of stuff to download at the moment, and I'm keeping an eye on bandwidth. I'll probably get it on disc from a friend, thanks.

I hope you get it, one way or another. Cause I do love that show!!! And I prettu much download whenever I want to watch whenever, LOL. Had four shows to dl today, and gosh was is hell to wait for them!

No! Don't do it!! I had so much trouble keeping my credit card in my wallet! There were so many tears!!!! Don't put yourself through the pain that I had to go through!!! I beg you!!!! (lol, I wrote 'I bed you' there... do'h!)
