Oops, I upset someone on the Aussie BSB list - unintentionally!

Because I was asked to (after reposting my Melbourne soundcheck report to the list), I sent Brisbane and Sydney concerts, and the Sydney soundcheck reports. I edited my lj posts first, removing irrelevant stuff and snarky comments about other fans (like the people at Sydney who had no idea who Gandhi was).

HOWEVER, I left in They got asked "why haven't you toured here before?" (a question I found annoying everytime it got asked, to be honest) AND OF COURSE A LURKER PIPES UP THAT THEY WERE THE ONE WHO ASKED IT!

I've apologised for posting that comment and that she was hurt, but I've stood by my opinion that it was an annoying question - why were people so focused on negative stuff that a) we already know the answer to and b) the guys aren't gonna be able to answer honestly (ie you guys weren't a good return on what it would have cost)?

I so prefer it when I insult people deliberately.

Hang on a sec, I just re-read her message - because we weren't allowed to ask for hugs or songs or any of that, it left us with little else to ask.

Hugs and songs and whining they haven't toured before are the *only* things she could think of to ask? What-the-fuck-ever, I don't feel bad now.

I'm so making more of an effort (if I get the chance again) to ask what brand of eye makeup AJ uses/why Brian is the one who nearly dies in music videos/will Howie spontaneously combust one day from his increasing hotness or any other stupid non-whiny question I can think of.
