question about SGA "Duet"

Is the date scene worth watching? I have a low tolerance for stuff that makes me cringe in embarrasment for characters (which did affect my enjoyment of the ep, though there was some very good stuff), so I just ended up skipping it.

I really liked some of the scenes switching between Rodney and Cadme, and David Hewlett did a great job, but thought they overplayed the swishiness when she was in control of the body - I felt like I was watching DH in a remake of "Some Like It Hot". Zelenka was amazing and kickass, Warrior-Sue guy continues to be hot (I'm having problems remembering his name though) and Sheppard's crush on him is very amusing.

Unless you are interested in Cadmen-as-Rodney kissing a girl, I don't think you missed much in the date scene. It might even be best to watch it without sound- you can see the action without the cringe-worthy dialogue.

I actually thought at one point that DH was doing a good job channeling Marilyn Monroe's flirty body language.

This ep is gonna kill my sister, she's more sensitive to it than me. She's gonna watch it with a cushion over her face, I predict *g*.
