question about SGA "Duet"

erilynIs the date scene worth watching? I have a low tolerance for stuff that makes me cringe in embarrasment for characters (which did affect my enjoyment of the ep, though there was some very good stuff), so I just ended up skipping it.
I really liked some of the scenes switching between Rodney and Cadme, and David Hewlett did a great job, but thought they overplayed the swishiness when she was in control of the body - I felt like I was watching DH in a remake of "Some Like It Hot". Zelenka was amazing and kickass, Warrior-Sue guy continues to be hot (I'm having problems remembering his name though) and Sheppard's crush on him is very amusing.
