Three weeks til HLWW6! I'm not making it to the con itself this year, but I do want to get together with all the fabulous people who will be in town for it *g*.

In previous years in Brisbane, there's been a slashers gathering for locals and con-goers on the Thursday night, before the con itself got underway. A couple of times, Ned and Leny hosted it at their place. Unfortunately, I can't think of anyone central enough with a suitable place in Sydney (though if someone does or knows someone, that'd be fantastic). Would it be possible to have a bash at the con hotel in Darling Harbour or somewhere around there?

Hmm, I doubt I'll make the con thing unfortunately. I'll guess I'll see how the planning goes at work. We just won another contract and are going to be swamped for the next two months.
