Yup, he did get something touched up or added (I'm not sure which). Howie's showing a lot of interest, maybe he'll finally give in and get a tattoo sometime ;)

Does Howie resemble JC in all things tattoo/needle? ;) He *is* the only untattooed one, right?

He is the only untattooed one in BSB, but he can't be too much like JC, as he's had a couple of piercings in his ears at times :) Don't know if I've heard a reason for him being tattoo free...
