meelie, two more entries for Bad TV I Have Watched - Dinosaurs (not-the-mama!) and Full House (how rude!).
We saw Van Helsing last night, I enjoyed it, and I do think most of the silliness was intentional. I hope. And it was way better than Leage of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Sadly lacking in zombie pirate monkeys, flea circuses and many other things, as discussed on the long train trip home. Hey
tboy, we had to wait 33 minutes for a train!
Introduced
joeyvanne and
weredonut to Professionals yesterday (Mixed Doubles). They were too distracted by the 70's clothes and production values to appreicate is properly ;p Next time: Sentinel! And
joeyvanne showed us some Take That - oh lord, their performances and costumes are gayer than the Mardi Gras parade. And Nsync's Beatles medley from Celebrity tour? Way better sounding, but disturbingly similar looking to Take That's from 7 years earliar...
Diet coke with lime? Delicious and addictive. I like it even better than diet coke with vanilla.
Anyone come across details about Wango Tango yet, particularly as to whether the Boys sang, and if so, what?
+ Interview with Nsync from RollingStone.com - 25 meg.
Mov file. Hilarious interview from March 2000. They're answering questions sent in, many of which are very lame. Lance is exhausted/hungover/something, Joey is too, and the microphone is taken away from Chris at one point. Webspace thanks to
sinbrat and
hnix, rightclick/save etc.

Date: 2004-05-16 09:23 am (UTC)Sentinel was one of my big fandoms, Jim and Blair were my OTP for years, and I still love 'em. I'm suddenly feeling the lack of a TS icon, must rememdy that.

Date: 2004-05-17 01:13 pm (UTC)For both liking my posts and especially my AU. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
I'm always amazed how many people were in and moved on from TS fandom. I'm still hanging on there but barely. I still love Jim and Blair but the actual fandom doesn't really interest me any more, which makes me sad. The sdbs took over my brain I must admit *g*

Date: 2004-05-20 10:38 am (UTC)And now I've been firmly in the sparkly grip of the dancing boys for over 18 months now, and no end in sight (I hope! *g*). It has been lovely to rediscover so many people from TS fandom in pop :)
