Had a fine morning, tidied room a bit, washed car, read reactions to book, other odds and ends. Had sudden whelm of hatred towards other people and unusually large amounts of depression about myself, hopefully mostly attributable to pms (which I don't get often). Visited iibnf for a couple of hours to discuss book, and to get away from my pity party, table of one.

I'd like to apologise for 93% of the nasty things I thought about some people over the past half a day ;)

Oh god, I get days like that. Screamingly awful tempers. I deal. Or at least, everyone else does :-)

But I was upset and depressed more than angry. Ok, there was some anger. But I was all over the fucking place, and while I was thinking "this is irrational", I was still upset. But I'm (mostly) over it :)

Okay... you sound like me in a sensitivity reaction. Irrational depression, waves of hatred for humanity in general and people in particular (it makes more sense during the experience I guess). And also knowing that it's totally irrational.

That's scary in and of itself.

Throw in brief moments of euphoria and general dizziness, and you've got it down. Surreal comes closest to describing it.

No, I don't think you're suddenly developing a reaction to something, I'm just commenting that it seems eerily familar to me. Glad to see you recovered so well.

Eh, today I seem to be pass it, though after I went to bed last night wasn't good.

This is just how I have pms, the occasional times I get it.
