My exciting life

Had lunch with iibnf today. Spotted a familiar person (and backpack) ahead of me after I did my banking at lunchtime. She took a lunchbreak (so I feel guilty). It's nice to be working (if only for a week) in a role that lets me take lunch when I want, and for an hour if I want.

Came home and made the mince, that got partly destroyed and left with a charcoal afters-taste last night, edible enough. Lots more garlic, soy & honey marinade, booze and parsley will cover almost any culinary sin.

Must look for job. Must write application for position at current work that they've let me apply for.

Rest of this week I'll probably be taking shorter ones (I want the money and I went in late this morning *g*), but you, and Meelie and Bernice and I should so try and meet up :)

It's rather hectic this week for me too, piled up accounts and tests compiling stuff, as well as checking out places in my lunch break. After I find a place and move to it, that would be an excellent time for 'doing lunch' *g*

That sounds good - I can take lunch pretty much whenever I want. Let me know when and where, but at least a day ahead, since I can't check email very often during the day.
