Enjoying my last night home alone before the family gets back from their trip. Had major indecision about what to watch, eventually popped in season 2 of Queer as Folk US. Awww, it's been ages since I watched this. Oh Brian, you total fucking assholish woobie, though I'm not sure if that is the correct term for someone so traumatised they're wearing a bloodied scarf as a hairshirt reminder of watching their lover get bashed. There is something irresistible about Brian when he's being sweet and taking care of Justin.

And it is an actualfax canon example of the Magical Healing Cock (or at least attempted), so beloved in so many badfics in helping in the recovery process from trauma. And it's Justin's mother who suggests it! I find the dynamic between her and Brian kinda fascinating, actually. And it makes me lol when he calls her Mrs Taylor, given that he's probably closer to her in age than Justin.

And then I found Rupert Everett as Holmes on tv, but I need sleep.

And you've gotta admire Justin - he gets pretty smart in his stalking, ingratiating himself with people in Brian's life, like Debbie, and Lindsay and Mel.
