Sentinel anniversary

Somehow I must have known that it's been ten years since the final episode aired, as I've suddenly been reading new-to-me Sentinel fic (and re-reading some old favourites).

Jim and Blair will always be one of my OTPs ♥

(and now I'm thinking about Criminal Minds crossovers and making myself laugh.)

Has it really been that long? I agree that Jim/Blair is a OTP of mine too. I was introduced to them via a Highlander crossover, must be at least 10 years ago... wow, long time.

Tonight's episode on cable was TSbyBS. It was odd yet comforting to watch the scene where Jim and Blair fight over the dissertation and hear the echo of five hundred stories in my head, knowing how that scene is the rivet of a fan of potential endings and imagine futures, the key scene.

Oh, what timing! I love the myriad of ways that people dealt with the finale in fic, from ignoring it outright to working with it in such amazingly creative ways, that I couldn't have imagined. Fans rock :D
