I'm trying to start doing some once-a-week personal training sessions at the gym (aim is probably to do 8-10). I originally spoke to them about it a month ago, but for one reason or another (mostly on their end - tonight the instructor was ill), I still haven't managed to begin. It's beginning to feel like a lame comedy of errors, or that I'm cursed to never get to try boxing :(

I was watching VickyT's stickam feed for a little bit when I got home from work, and there was a discussion on the chat about sad movies, and she was chiming in. Then someone said something about Robin Williams and Big (not sure if it was a confused person or if it was just some misleading talking at crosspurposes) and VickyT was all "...he wasn't in that." And her Robin Williams knowledge is unquestionable - he and her mum have been friends since before Mork and Mindy, and her dad recorded Robin Williams Live on Broadway (which won a Grammy). And apparently Robin Williams named his daughter Zelda after the video game. Learn something new everyday.

And I think she said June for the new Cobra album? They were hoping for sooner, but had to wait on Gabe's voice to get better.

Boxing is so unbelievably hard-core. I loved it the 2 times I did boxing training sessions but I could barely move the next day, I ached so much. And this was when I was super fit and lifting weights three times/week and running 20km a week! If I did it now I would probably die. My current gym does loads of boxing classes but they are all at stupid times I can't make. >:(

It's not all boxing, but you can do some. And I suspect I will be dead the day after my personal training sessions either way :D
