I watched it with my sister last night. Um.

Did Sheppard really get penetrated by a tentacle? I couldn't stop laughing inappropriately at that.

That was kinda crappy. The basic idea wasn't necessarily bad, but the execution was clunky and the effects were so lame. Plus, I felt like I was watching tentacle porn at times.

I pretty much agreed with the decisions Wolsey was making in the meeting early on, even though I think we were supposed to think he was wrongwrongwrong. Then again, I wanted to throw heavy things at the tv last week's at Sheppard's "heroic" effort at going on the mission even though he was about to keel over. Way to endanger everyone else, jackass.

I don't get what the writers want us to think, a lot of the time. Because they really do write these people as so incompetent and/or stupid at times.
