No sign of Smallville or Fastlane (very slashy and deeply silly new buddy cop show). Ratings

probably pop up in the coming weeks, especially on Nine which has lots of cricket
for a while.

Anything you're particularly happy about, or are you just glad the non-ratings season is over? :)

A little bit from Column A, a little bit from Column B.

Ratings season means that the shows that I watch should stop jumping all around the place on the time table.

On show specifics...
Charmed, which I'll be watching with morbid fascination, I think. I always watched for Cole. Evil!Cole was damn cool, even as he started to become good. GoodDemon!Cole was still pretty good. Human!Cole I like, just because I always imagine him standing on a street corner, trying to transport himself home and not being able to (And it makes me laugh). EvilSource!Cole was okay, and now we seem to have Stalker!Cole... I mean, I like the character, but eventually you just have to let them go (preferable before I start screaming "just kill him off already!").

Same's happening with Spike on BtVS...

I'll also be looking forward to getting the West Wing back, blatant Sam/Josher that I am.

And, while I'm enjoying the happy, your icon also pleases me, and makes me smile. I'm not into PopSlash, but your choice of pics is great!

Wow, my love for West Wing must have faded a bit, cause it didn't even occur to me that it wasn't in the schedule yet. I'm sure it'll start once the cricket world cup is over.

Mostly, my choice of icons is entirely due to the good taste and skill of [ profile] hnix. My clockwork kirkpatrick one, however, is from a cap I made, but she did the icon. So glad you enjoy them, I was hoping my excessive poppiness wasn't going to annoy those (fortunate people) who haven't fallen into this fandom (it's like crack, I tell ya!)

I'm avoiding popslash. Apart from my distrust of RPS, to be in that fandom I'd actually have to spend time watching popgroups. *shudders*

Although, since seeing Caberet, I could possibly be tempted by Human Nature, but thankfully popslash seems to be filled with N*Sync and Justin Timberlake, so it's easier to avoid.

As for WW, I'll be looking forward to it as much as Sv (okay, maybe not quite so much, but at least on par with Buffy/Angel). I really do enjoy it, and it makes me snigger more than a lot of actual comedies.

There's something about the personal quirks that always amuses me.

See, this is why I call non-popslashers lucky, since, as a result of the damn fandom, I've kinda ended up liking nsync. I don't like to talk about it.

I adored WW in seasons 1 and 2, but while season 3 wasn't terrible, it must have dampened my enthusiasm enough that I'd completely overlooked the show. Ooops.

Whoa. Very useful, thank you! This means I'll have to remember to actually watch TV. And I know I've already seen it, but NEW BUFFY EEEEE!!

I know, how am I gonna remember Buffy, Angel and Simpsons? Well, if I miss the Simpsons, it's not like they don't get re-run fifty million times :)
