Yeah, there are heaps of different brands that do the canvas slip-on shoes, in lots of patterns and colours (sadly, a couple that have caught my eye don't fit me properly).

Sooo comfy. Like wearing a pair of slippers out in public. You can definitely get cheap knock-offs at places like Kmart or BigW.

It depends no where you get them. I got a pair of mine at a surf sale for $15 because they were bright yellow. And obviously awesome! Jim Kids sport were having a sale of them maybe 6 months ago (it could have been a year ago, my mind forgets) and they were all different colours and patterns and sizes for around $30. It's the kind of shoe they sell at sports shops and surf shops and skate shops sometimes.

You'rw a dork *g*. But now you can wear 2 different shoes on each feet like cool kids. They are just as cute as I imagined. I crave the plaid ones hardcore.

The green is pretty, but the plaid is just awesome (and so much better than the few other patterns they had in).

If the green was a bit darker, it'd kind of match the plaid...

Awww, I went to Paul's on the weekend for those red plaid ones. I already have the pale green version, but I was really keen on the red. Sadly, they didn't have my size, and while 2 for 1 is excellent, they used to just be $40 each, and I didn't have $80.

Whining aside, awesome shoes. :D

Yes, I didn't know what my chances were going to be of finding two pairs that I liked enough to justify buying them both in order to get a decent price, but it's a pretty green (there wasn't a lot available in the good basics, of course *g*) and I love the plaid. The shoes are actually different sizes - one pair is 5.5 and one pair is 6.
