There's been a fair bit of flailing about reports of him saying this in an interview, and I just found a link to this clip. Alas, it is only 30 seconds and cuts off while Patrick is talking, but there's definitely knowledge displayed of MCR's gaming habits, at the very least. So, I choose to believe his next comments probably would have been about playing with them :)
