After flailing over the 'wet' Drowning video this morning, I popped out and bought BSB's new album Unbreakable from JB HiFi. [$21 for the special edition (2 bonus tracks plus little poster) or they had the regular version for $18. And they had Britney's new album for $14.]

It was my mum's birthday during the week, as well as my brother's father-in-law's birthday, so we went out for yum cha in Manly. Hadn't been there before, it's right on Manly Wharf with a beautiful view over the water, and it was just the most perfect day to be there. The food and service were good, but the range isn't nearly as wide as somewhere like Marigolds, which as I don't eat seafood, made it a bit hard.

On the way home, stopped at my sister's best friend's place, to check out her newish kitchen (as mum is trying to get ideas). Plus, got to play with her baby a bit :) Then I went and got my legs waxed, which was desperately needed.

I really need to either finish my tax return or do some study. Neither sounds appealing.

ETA: was listening to Viva La Cobra in the car during the day, and totally did the "dance" to Guilty Pleasures.

Okay, I finally just have to ask after seeing it mentioned so often - what is yum cha anyway? *hopes that isn't a completely stupid question*
