hnix came over for dinner and I raided her external hard drive for many useful things (but she wouldn't let me watch porn!). She also forced me to watch (offered to show me, whatever) The Used dvd. Jepha and Quinn are love, and Bert needs to be high-pressured hosed into cleanliness on a more regular basis, please.

Quinn: Brandon's in a better place now.
Me: OMG, they freaking killed and ate him, didn't they?
Hnix: No, better place = more successful band, he joined Rancid.

There was also discussion on times we get confused by band-related canon, because once you assume "heh, that's so unbelievable, must be fanon" and it turns out to be fact several times, it gets really confusing trying to pick canon from fanon. But now I can't remember what specifically we were confused about. So full of sugar.
