I've shared this previously, but I uploaded John Barrowman's Christmas radio concert for [livejournal.com profile] madame_d, and in case anyone else wants it:

+ concert - 94.3 meg (rar password = barrowman)

Rather belatedly, I really want a tshirt that says "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" on it, possibly with "Mischief managed" on the back. I'm not buying an offical one when the postage is the same cost as the tshirt, though.

And speaking of shirts, I need to figure out my size at threadless.com - they've got a sale on, and there's a couple that I really like.

Oh god, my Gerard/Bert tinhat is getting shinier and shinier AGAINST MY WILL. Also, Bert's kinda cute at times in this, particularly when he's kicking his feet in GLEE!

Gerard singing Umbrella. Pretty damn well, too.

OMG Bert/Gerard? I have not seen that on my friendslist in LO THESE MANY YEARS, and I actually made a little happy noise! Talk! Talk about them! Share the reflection of your magnificent tin!

Dude, you're partially responsible for my tinhat - I'm sure some of the stuff I've read about them (in my learning of the bandom stuff) came from you :D

But yeah, based on my growing familiarity with the fandom and with the canon, if I had to pick one pair that totally did have a relationship, it was clearly them *g*. Plus, I'm so freaking curious as to why they aren't friends anymore!

But that interview is one of the most adorable things I've ever seen! They're so giggly and cuddly and smoochy and Gerard's mum gave Bert a picture of them, let alone the answer to the going out and making out questions.

I'd lay an equal 100% on Bert/Gerard AND Frank/Gerard. <333 So few people have the Bert appreciation, lemme tell you WHAT. Poor brokenhearted boy. Read the lyrics on his latest album, and you'll get some clues about why they're not friends...

There's no way to prove I've been watching Bert/Gerard/Frank tragic love triangle songvids on youtube. NO PROOF I TELL YOU!

It wasn't until 2005 that they fell out, right, a while after Gerard got sober? And then stuff like Bert-with-a-megaphone-outside-MCR-concert and Gerard-getting-bitchy-onstage happened?

That's right.

I'm working on an explanation of the Bert/Gerard thing, but I'm still perfecting it. Any interest, if I do write it?

I uploaded John Barrowman's Christmas radio concert

And it was beauuuuuuuuutiful and gleeful! Thank you so much! I did decide, however, that John shouldn't talk unless reading lines. Because... ooooooooy.

Yeah, I don't listen to the talking bits :D

Heh. Because his family is Scottish, really? And the 21st century is when it all starts? And he really loves musical theatre? Hee!

Question for you: once upon a time in 1994, John recorded songs from Grease. I don't have the entire 23-track recording (http://www.amazon.com/Songs-Grease-1994-London-Studio/dp/samples/B000003QTV/ref=dp_tracks_all_1/103-6397013-8515823?ie=UTF8&qid=1188351244&sr=1-6#disc_1), but I got my hands on the abridged version (http://www.amazon.com/Songs-Grease-1994-London-Studio/dp/B000000KA5/ref=sr_1_1/103-6397013-8515823?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1188351244&sr=1-1). I'm ripping John's tracks, of course, but do you (or people you supply John!crack to) have any interest in the rest of the tracks? The CD is from a library in Illinois, so I'm not getting it back once I return it - the librarians will kill me.

Oooh, I would love that, thank you! :D

I've got his Reflections from Broadway and Swings Cole Porter, do you have those?

I'm guessing you want John's tracks, not the entire CD? Or the CD?

And no, thank you on the others. Those were actually released in the US, so they're very easy to find, especially the Cole Porter covers. But THANK YOUUUUUUUUU!

THAT IS MY MOST FAVOURITE FOOTAGE EVER! I WATCH IT ALMOST DAILY JUST BECAUSE IT MAKES ME GIGGLE LIKE A DAMN FOOL. I know it's rather an unpopular opinion, but man I love Bert. Like alot.

I really don't want to like him (brainwashed by fic *g*), but I can't help it at times! ;)

Gerard is so pretty in that footage! He points out people's crappy spelling! Bert's all smoochy, and would read Gerard's books!

threadless is using the new american apparel tshirts I think, which in my opinon, kinda suck - the old ones were the thick cotton and with the girly tees were a decent waist length(glarkware used to use 'em) - the new ones are thinner material(which is nice in summer admittedly) but the shape for girly tees is waaaay longer and skinnier.

I....don;t believe I have actually been any help to you. old aa shirts good! new ones suck!

hi lyn! hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!11111!!!!!!!!

I really want a tshirt that says "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" on it

I totally made that tshirt for my little sister [livejournal.com profile] nz_taniwha, when she was about 13. Didn't have 'mischief managed' on the back though, which would rock.

P.S. I am totally in love with John Barrowman, and I blame you.

I think it demonstrates how I am growing as a person, though, that I can overlook the fact that he is not a skinny geek. I am willing to look past the chiseled jaw and roguish good looks, because of his personality. *g*

What sort of stuff is in that concert?
