GODDAMMIT arghleflargalfuck.

From 11:55 - 12:10, couldn't even get onto the Ticketek website, due to heavy traffic.

Got on, and it said there were tickets available for Gold reserved, but wouldn't give me two, then updated to say single seats only, then went back to saying available, but wouldn't give me two seats together. Got one semi-decent seat, was gonna see if I could get another (which would suck, but better than nothing), and got kicked off.

Back to mindlessly refreshing to see if I can get back on.

I am supposed to be at an Econ lecture at 1pm.

ETA: I think the Sydney presale is sold out, but don't want to give up trying in case it isn't. ARGH. If the presale was this bad, what are my chances in the main sale?

ETA(2): I gotta go. I got on for a third time, and despite them saying that there were limited tickets in some categories, and available in others, I couldn't pull up 1 ticket anywhere but crap at the very back, and couldn't get 2 tickets anywhere.

Not happy :(

There with you. Frontier won't even let me in now. Says I have the wrong password, when I'm using exactly the same one as I was five minutes ago. ARGH!!!!

It wouldn't even let me pull up two tickets for the expensive VIP GA area, which is just WTF? How could there not be two tickets left for that?

I too can not get on. I had problems with the frontier site telling me my details were incorrect when I knew they weren't. Have managed to log into frontier but now can't connect to ticketek because they are busy. damnit. I want a seat!

Heh, I'm at uni now (I'm so late for my lecture anyway, that I've stopped in a computer lab to give it one more try from here, but no luck).

Thanks, but no, I don't really have the money (or time, its right towards the end of semester) to get down to Melbourne for a show :(

oh, Ticket angst is the WORST. you can't get tickets, but then you turn around and there are fifty tickets for quadruple the price on ebay, and being sold by ~ticket brokers~, which people with money have no qualms about using, as though it doesn't completely fuck over the rest of us who can't afford to pay 300 bucks for one ticket. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I'M BITCHING SO MUCH RIGHT NOW, but good luck. :)

Still nothing. And I share your rage - though if I had the money to burn, I'd totally buy the outrageously marked up tickets from brokers. You know, if it was an act I wanted to see that badly. My ethical qualms are strong but not that strong ;)

Argh, that sounds so frustrating! Good luck with the main sale, you may have better chances on that - I think the presale seats were pretty limited.

Both my friends were trying at work from about 11:45am onwards, and neither of them could get in, and once they finally logged in they couldn't pull up tickets, individual let alone adjoining, so. We're waiting for main sale as well. =( I hope we all get good tickets!

boo! i hate ticket angst. i hope the regular sale goes better for you. perhaps he will add extra shows if this one sells out so fast. he ended up playing 5 nights in london in july.

There certainly appears to be room for at least one more Sydney show in the schedule, I wouldn't be surprised (especially the way the presale sold *g*).
