The BBC strike again

I've been back at work for about 90 minutes (for the first time in a couple of weeks, because of exams etc). Have spent about 30 minutes in two different conversations about Dr Who and other things, with School Friend R and Co-worker T.

Poor T, he told me all excitedly that he was up to the [spoiler] ep (the most recent Dr Who ep), but when I made a reference to Blink, he didn't get it. Further conversation revealed the most recent ep he's seen was the Lazarus one (ep 6), and he was yet another fooled by the BBC running a season promo rather than a next episode ad. Poor guy, I assured him that there was some really good episodes to watch, but he was so looking forward to seeing [spoiler].

I need to bring dvds for both of them on Monday (but T is gonna give me some episodes of Bones to check out, so yay!)

I saw the pilot recently, and was going to ask around about eps, but I've given him heaps so he's happy that there's something he can burn for me in return. Might still need to ask you for some, he's missing a couple of eps here and there.

I was most intrigued by the pilot of Bones, I look forward to seeing more :)
