Lebanese bread for bases, topped with tomato paste (with garlic and oregano) and a mix of mozarella and cheddar. And:
artichoke
capsicum
ham
salami
cabanossi
pineapple
mushroom
semidried tomato
spring onion
tomato
Damn good, if I do say so myself. Just waiting for the next ones to be finished.
What are y'all favourite toppings for home-made pizza?

Date: 2007-05-28 08:22 am (UTC)We don't do homemade pizza that often, but we regularly get pizzas from a local gourmet-style place. My favourite has chicken, mushroom, potato and spinach, with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce on top.
