Oh dear, I've created a monster. Cause it's not enough I've addicted Co-worker T to half a dozen shows (mostly he goes onto downloading them himself, once I've got him hooked), and I keep my sister-in-law and another co-worker supplied in VM, and am giving new co-worker/old friend R recent Dr Who and Torchwood. Now mum's getting into the action too.

Last year, at the very end of term, mum let slip to some other teachers that she'd been watching unaired-in-Australia episodes of House. Cue me urgently burning off discs for her to take along on the last day for two people.

One day back at school, and one of them (the other isn't there) has asked if there's anymore House, and if there's any chance we have NCIS or Veronica Mars (or if you're my mother - "is there a show called Veronica Mar?").

At least mum works with people with taste.

Back a few years ago I was burning new episodes of Sg1 to bring to the guy at a DVD store downtown (I was a regular). He was so happy he gave me a DVD for my troubles. And I also do pimp new shows to my friends, although most of them are not too into new shows.

My mom however, she loves most of the stuff I download. She is pestering me about moving the new episodes of House from the external to her new (and my old) computer. Even when she is finishing off season two of Alias, she wants more. She wants House, and Bones, and SG1, and soon also SGA..... I may have created a monster....

Lucky you ;) She also tends to like the same books as I do, esp. when it comes to fantasy. So far she has read all eleven books I have of the Wheel of Time series, as well as The Assasin Trilogy and the Farseer Trilogy.

I would call it weird, were it not for the fact that I have very good taste in books ;)

And btw, your icon is LOVE!!! I have no House, so I give you Nine/Rose instead :) My second het otp ever.... I am scaring myself with these het pairings. First with Farscape, and to some dregree Sg1, and now with Doctor Who! I have even found myself reading Ten/Rose!!!!!! *dies of the shame*
