Sorry folks, I've deleted the Dr Who and Torchwood episodes I was sharing - Dreamhost has been banning accounts without warning for illegal filesharing, so sharing whole seasons was too much of a risk. If you're still after a couple of eps, I might be able to recommend somewhere to acquire them.

Hope people were able to get stuff while it was there.

Hopefully it helped people get hold of stuff. We've got a monthly transfer on our DH account of 2500 gig - what else do they think people are going to do with it?

Do you know this? Wikiupload (http://www.wikiupload.com/)? If I read correctly, they let you upload up to 5 gig. ^__^

However, it seems that sendspace keeps the files on their server forever if the file remains active. :) Send Space Faqs (http://www.sendspace.com/faqs.html)

Free sites are useful, however uploading an entire season to them is way more work then being able to leave multiple files uploading in a queue to your own space overnight.

I would claim that sharing is its own reward, but more fans = more fic for me to read. It was all a selfish plot!!!1!

I heard something about this, but didn't realize it was this big. So thanks, I am now taking down the s1 avis of HoC I had up there. Most of my media is at godaddy.com though. They hosting pretty much sucks for a site, but it pretty darn perfect for media. Have been using them for a year, and no trouble yet. :)

Still, now what am I supposed to do with all my space at dh?? LOL.

At least half a dozen friends of mine lost their sites, and I've heard about many more. I'm probably gonna change companies once my prepaid year with Dreamhost is up in March.
