domain registrar help

erilynWell, fuck. My domain name is registered with gandi.net, has been since I got it two years ago. It's due for renewal, and I went to pay, and I require a password from my bank to process the credit card transaction. WTF?
Anyone got any other domain registrar recommendations? And how do I change, before my domain name expires in a week or so?
