This isn't even listed on David Hewlett's IMDB page - possibly because he's in the credits as David Hewlitt *g*. The Campbells is a Canadian series that ran from 1986-1990, set in 19th century Ontario. "Live By The Sword" is from the third season, so presumably the ep aired around 88-89. He's a bully in a bad hat but he turns out okay.
