Why didn't I listen to JM? She made me promise to stay away from the crazy, but I was weak.

I need to get out of the house. I was gonna go shopping with mum, but neither of us felt up to it, so I went back to bed with new fic for a couple of hours. Then I was watching The Omen on Fox Classics - clearly the devil made me do it.

ETA: real life has a way of giving you a good swift kick to remind you of what's actually important vs what's not. I'm off to visit my grandpa in hospital, he's had a fall and broken his pelvis.

He hates being in hospital and is pretty uncomfortable, so we're hoping he'll heal up as quickly as possible. Thanks :)

We're still not sure of the severity of the fracture, we didn't get a chance to ask a doctor. But he's doing ok, though he's uncomfortable and especially hates the hospital he's in (I'm not that fond of it either). Thanks :)
