Not my best day at work ever - I had to talk with a crying lady on the phone (and she wasn't even a current client). Dealt with it as well as possible, I think, but oy.

Date: 2006-05-22 11:42 pm (UTC)It runs more than 20 minutes. Can't do much about the sound quality. The "garbled" sound is the way is sounds if you listen to the station version. Part of it is Brian is on the cellphone, I don't know if the rest was a poor recording tape or deliberate distortion to discourage "borrowing" the audio. The sound clears up a little as the interview progresses, but Brian's cellphone "cuts out" every now and then during the interview.
