Also, for future reference - dear self, there are only 30 days in April. Not much bought queuing stuff up to download after midnight on the 30th to use up end of month downloads *headdesk*. Well that's used a chunk of our newly-decreased downloads, d'oh.

Brian's album cover and liner notes - I wonder if there's a kerfuffle yet over him not specifically mentioning the Boys? Oh wait, it's fandom, there must be *g*.

Oh my god, it's turned into "why the Boys suck for not supporting Nick's solo album and why Nick and Brian hatehatehate each other these days not like when they were Frick'n'Frack", part the millionth.

Oh wait, that's pretty much what I was expecting.

I was just playing with this icon, and I wasn't quite feeling it, and was really stuck for text. I was thinking something about life and complete and home, and went and looked at the Welcome Home lyrics, and it just clicked for me.

If you don't mind me asking... WTF? Are fans behaving like that with Brian's album or something? I'm kinda lost because I wasn't in on the music from like 2001 - 2004 so I missed a lot of stuff. What's happening?

It all started with people arguing about whether Brian not explicitly mentioning the Boys in the liner notes was a shitty thing to do or not (there are a bunch of people declaring they won't buy the album now). It then turned into a re-hash of a bunch of different arguments, about whether the Boys screwed Nick over with his solo album or vice versa (there were a lot of problems between them all around that time), whether the Boys are supporting Brian, and why Nick and Brian aren't as close as they were in 1997 (um, perhaps because people's lives change as they grow up? But no, it has to be because they hate each other).

Everyone has disagreements, the boys aren't perfect. Friends don't always get along. Plus, maybe he didn't mention them because that goes without saying. :) Did no one think that?

BTW - I went to walmart with my mom today and begged her to get Brian's album. She almost did but winded up getting other stuff. ;___; But she said next time we'd get it. :D

I haven't ordered it yet - I'm waiting to see if it'll get released around here first.
