erilynI lasted less than two hours work before making a physio appointment and leaving. My neck/upper back is very painful, and it's not something acute I've done, it's not in spasm as such, but rather very very tight (which is unusual for me, my sister is prone to this type of problem, but not me). The physio even did an adjustment (cracked my back) which I've never had before. Weird.
Not gonna be online much for the rest of the week, both due to not being able to sit well, and because I'm afraid computer usage might be a leading cause in this, dammit.
Full day at school tomorrow, I really don't know how well I'm gonna cope with this. I can't sit up straight, and the one pose I find somewhat comfortable probably isn't good for me. The one real relief is from my hot water bottle, and I can't really take that with me.
