1. boybands of the serengeti:
   Entertaining (to us, anyway) David Attenborough-style commentary on sparkly footage.
2. due south:
   do I need to explain the appeal of Fraser and Ray and Ray and Dief and everyone to anyone around here? Didn't think so *g*.
3. hannabilism:
   Mwah! It refers to hnix being a tasty snack. She's silly and doesn't like this.
4. its like whoa:
   well, it is like whoa! One of many popfandom catchphrases that are useful for many situations (see also: because yes and a lot "").
5. magnificent 7:
   The tv show, not the movie. Cause Chris and Vin are so in love! And the rest of them are pretty cool too.
6. nick's ass:
   a) Nick Lea's posterior (see icon) or b) the gluteus maximus of Nick Carter. Both are worthy of interest.
7. professionals:
   Bodie and Doyle are so in love! And the shows not bad either a lot of the time (though the pants are sometimes so dire as to completely distract from anything else, and possibly cause retina damage).
8. science fiction/fantasy:
   No matter other fannish interests, my love for science fiction and fantasy remains a constant (since I was a kid really, they're the major genres my dad reads too so I was brought up reading it). Shows and movies too.
9. smallville:
   This is a bit of a misnomer. My interest in the show has dwindled away, but my love for Clark/Lex is still pure and true.
10. swimming:
    I love to swim, in pools or the ocean. I love the feeling of being surrounded by water, the sensation of it flowing around you as you swim. When I was a kid, I virtually spent more time in the water in summer than out, and was pretty good in competition swimming too.

Did you know you had claustrophobis before going caving? *g* My sister went through Jenolan Caves with her eyes shut on a school excursion (there were other parts to the trip so it wasn't a complete waste).

I did, I can cope with normal caves (like Jenolan), but this was real caving, and they expected me to go through a gap less than a metre high, at about knee level. I don't think so! Fortunately half the guys I was with couldn't fit anyhow.

Heh, Sam can't even cope with Jenolan. I loved it, but there's no way you'd get me real caving.
