I did think about waiting til I got home from work to post this (ie after I got to see them too *pout*), but I ate lunch and got over it, heh.

I snagged this elsewhere but I just wanted to come and squee. Because they all sound so much better and so much tighter than they did on Regis&Kelly. Then, they were all off and flat and just... weird. This time around, it's just about perfect, they're so on.

*suspicious* They don't lip-synch, do they?

Nick needs to empty his pockets before going on stage. They bulge and not in a fun way. And hey, how fun is it to answer questions along *with* them! "We've been touring straight for 8-9 years, and we took a well-needed break..." Heh.

Off-topic: If Brian *says* he's 5'8" (173cm) what do you reckon his *real* height is?

I reckon he, AJ and Howie are all around 5'6 *g*. And the only reason they'd lipsync (at least, this is how it was when they were younger as far as I understand) is if the shows weren't set up for live performing. When you watch Euro-era performances for both groups, there's a number that appear to be lipsynching, but the guys normally did an a capella bit too (the we really can sing bit, I think of it as).

I have no idea, but in answer to erilyn's query about AJ's height, I only have this to say:



JC is 5'11", so AJ must be around 5'10" (which is what the teeny mags have been saying for years). I think JC's hair gives him a visual advantage.

I would have thought AJ was closer to Brian and Howie than that, and there's no way Howie's near 5'10. Hmmm, obviously I need to examine them personally and settle this definitively ;)

If I remember correctly, Howie's something like 5'4" and Brian about 5'5" or 5'6". I knew all those magazines would come in use.

The height difference between JC and AJ in that picture looks much more than 2.5cm, frankly. I'd say 3 inches, probably.
