BSB remixes

ETA: Help please - I have to confirm and pay for some of my travel bookings tomorrow, and there was one part I hadn't thought about yet: the hotel in LA. The one they've got down is the Kawada (good price, sounds convenient), its at 200 South Hill Street LA. I don't expect LA people to necessarily know it, but I thought they might know the area. Is it convenient, or should I try and get into a hotel in Hollywood instead (it's a package deal, so there are limited choices)? Thanks for any suggestions :)

here. The user reviews seem kind of... mixed (watch out for the scolding shower!), but the guidebook links (Fodors, etc.) seem kinder.

Thank you :) It does seem mixed, hmmm. Though I'm probably not that picky when it comes to the hotel itself (I'm essentially getting it free with my flights, and will be staying in hostels for part of the trip *g*), it was more the location, and it seems from them that it is ok for that.
