Happy Birthday Em and Jessa! I hope you both have has good a day as I've had. How good a day have I had? Well, a lot of it was kinda blah, but then I managed to get in to see the travel agent just as they were closing, and she's got me a great flight to LA. I'm going to Challenge! And on holiday around the US/Canada! Eeeeeeeeeek! Fly out of Sydney and into LA on Friday 17th June, and leave LA on Sunday 17th July (late at night, so hopefully I can get a mid-to-late afternoon flight out of Chicago). I still need to organise whatever tour(s) I might be doing, and internal flights to get me to them and Chicago etc. but the flight was a very good price and just the right timing.

Oh fuck me. What the hell am I doing? wibbles

This little poll has been quite interesting as well as amusing :) It's very convenient that the most popular option was easily random amusing/slashy clips. Cause I've already been uploading stuff that fits that description quite nicely. Especially the random part. We've got a little less than 2 gig left for the month (about 21 hours), if the files become unavailable for a few hours, at least we won't have wasted any ;)

And I've picked out a few of my favourite OLFC clips. Ok, quite a few. They were available at the old Online Fan Club until it was shut down when BSB split with their management. The videos include behind the scenes stuff, photoshoots, interviews, sound checks, pre-shows, following the Boys around on odd activites, and various other stuff. Some of the descriptions are recycled from when I've posted some of them before.

I always mis-hear the lyrics to Drowning because of Brian in this clip :) There's a "guh..." closeup of Nick in a tank top, AJ's messing around (the bit with Brian is the best), Brian likes to bother his cousin during solos, Howie pulls out the waggling finger o'doom and Kevin is looking fine. Did I mention Nick and Howie are singing to each other at one point?

I have much much love for this clip, despite the Boys spending half of it in a huddle, trying to figure out what they're gonna do. AJ's little burst of "Get Down" always makes me laugh. As do the soundeffects for "Drowning".

Even soundchecks can't stop Nick and Howie nattering away. I'm always distracted by AJ's dancing little feet in this clip, so much so that I almost miss Kevin's chicken impersonation. Howie looks a bit distressed when AJ comes over to speak to Nick (that's his soundcheck thing, AJ!), but Nick is back to whispering in Howie's ear soon after. All this, plus more special lyrics from Brian.

Thank you for asking (I was hoping you would), but right now I'm still paying off the last holiday. Although I hope to pay that off next pay. Yay! Then I have to save about $3k for my tax bill. Then I want to buy a sofa to replace the one with the broken slats. So no holidays for me until ... a few years, anyway. Shame, coz this sounds like a real dream trip. Except for the boat part. The forests are going to be beautiful.

I think that this will be great, though. I hope so, anyway. When I travel like that I get so bored I get distressed - at least I did on a 5 hour bus ride to Canberra, which was as close as I have been to this kind of thing. But that was for work, too. Different situation. Sitting with 40 old political groupies, rather than friends.

I hope that you'll find lots of great friends (but none that you'll like better than me, of course) and who knows, maybe you'll get a boyfriend (or a girlfriend) and have some wild, hot, monkey lovin'.

Mwahaha! I keep getting warned about one of the tours that I want to take - it's very good, but it's an 'older' crowd. Maybe I'll nab myself a sugar daddy ;)

I haven't been on this sort of organised tour, not one that goes for days, so it'll be a learning experience as to how I enjoy it. But the scenery will be so spectacular that I'm sure it'll be fine (I hope).

I wish you could come, that would be awesome.

I would have to say that alot of those clips are my faves as well.

I love the one of them on the set of Drowning and they're all standing in front of the green screen and Brian and Nick are doing the most dorkiest dance moves.

The promo goofs with Howie and Nick! I had that on repeat and laughed my ass off. Hey Bayara! lol And Nick just couldn't keep it together. Loved it! Just thinking about it, has me laughing.

Brians "special lyrics" are the best! lol "Girl you leave me breathless, it's 10 after 8."

Now I'm going to have to go watch those again. lol
