A couple of requests

I need to exercise more. Actually, I really need to start exercising at all again. I want to make some fun working out mix cds, to encourage myself in this goal, but I need more good uptempo working out songs. So I'm throwing myself upon the generosity and varied music preferences of my friendslist, please send me good exercise music, either here or via email to erilyn@livejournal.com. Any help is gratefully appreciated :)

Also, I've been contacted by an Aussie girl for some footage, and something she specifically asked about was Faking the Video. I only have jc-fakingthevideo-040628.mpg, is there more that anyone can share with me?

One of the next things on my vague list of 'must get around to posting them' is the Backstreet OLFC files. There's about 800 meg of a 100 or so small files, so I'd probably upload them in zip files. Is anyone interested in these, and what size zip files would you prefer (or not)?

I find the pop remixes very good to work out to. Plus, Britney's Stronger and Sandstorm (I think it's by Da Rude? something like that). Those are on my walking mix and have a really good tempo for that.

I am sooo interested in those OLFC files. They are the video clips right?
They got some good funny stuff on there. I love the one where they were filming Drowning and Brian, Nick and I believe it was Kevin are standing there Brian is dancing all funny and kept flipping out his trench coat. It was hilarious. I lost it when my comp crashed. I would be ohh so grateful to have some of these clips back. :)

My mom gave me a great suggestion for a song. Philadelphia Freedom by Elton John and the Boys from the 2000 grammys. We were listening to my wmp on the 'puter the other day when the song came on and my mom just popped out of her chair and said 'this is great workout music.'
