it's like the measurement for how adorable something can be.

It so is. Except it's almost *too* adorable to use as a standard. I mean, if you were trying to quantify the adorableness of ordinary things, like sleepy kittens or teddy bears, then you'd have to measure them in nanoJoLaHugs, or even picoJoLaHugs.
