- wasn't spoiled for anything in Hell's Bell's (apart from the hideous bridesmaids' dresses), and was quite in suspense about the wedding going ahead, and was truly surprised when it didn't.
- I've never found Xander and Anya particularly interesting as a couple, and I found his declaration of love for her in the S5 ep where Riley left pretty much out of left field. But despite this, I was rooting for them to get married, and was sad for both of them when it didn't happen.
- Loved the scenes between Xander and Willow, Xander and Buffy, and the Willow and Tara flirting.
- Nice to see Buffy and Spike being honest and slightly more mature.

- Angel was ok, but too much running around, going over the same stuff, un-necessarily padding the episode.
- SanJan was funny, but the revelation of his motivations was slightly lame, and a let-down.
- Fred didn't annoy me much in this ep, and neither did Fred-n-Gunn. Liked Gunn sticking up for Wes.
- Liked the deus ex mach...I mean little girl in the White Room.
- David Boreanz did quite well in this ep, particularly about not calling Cordelia, and in the final scene with Wes.
- And as for the final scene...if I hadn't been spoilt somewhat I think I would have fallen out of bed. Very well done.

I think Nick did better in the scenes with his pseudo-older self than he did in the breakup scene itself.

And yes, Strega's bemusement at David's *acting* was quite entertaining. And she really summed up some of my problems with this ep, with the pacing and padding and stuff.

I've now downloaded Normal Again, and most of Entropy and Seeing Red. *dangles them enticingly* *g*

Evil temptress ;p
