I swear my lj used to have stuff other than BSB-related posts. I really should write about some good books I've read lately, mention some of the things I've done recently, bitch about work, or something. But today isn't looking like that day.

I am trying to think of what domain name I want to register. At the moment, I'm having too much fun typing in all sorts of things to see if they are available. Some that are available include:

Opalheart is a semi-serious thought, inspired by a famous poem about Australia, My Country ("an opal-hearted country/a wilful lavish land"). But mmmmbrains.net has a certain ring about it, don't you think? *g*

erilyn.org would be my vote (not that I have a vote, but you know what I mean ;), just because it's so nice and short, and doesn't require any explanation. I'm still thinking about grabbing hnix.org. But disregarding those considerations, I think invisible-elves.com would be fantastic.

I don't think it's egotistical - it ties in with your LJ name, and it's non fandom specific. It's branding! Plus it's not your real name anyway, it's your fandom ID name.
