I'm making myself sick while making sour cream cookies, I keep eating little bits of mixture, and it's soooo good, but I need to stop. I don't even want to think about eating an actual biscuit now, and they're pretty damn nice too *g*. Hmmm, some of the flour I used may have been self-raising, but they seem to be turning out ok.

Yay for progress! My sister pointed out something from the quarterly newsletter from my high school, in Ex-Students section. "Ex-Student X (1989) and partner Ex-Student Y (1989) are delighted to announce the birth of their beautiful baby girl etc etc". Why is that progressive? I went to an all girls' school :) Though it's nominally a Uniting Church school (ie mostly for the tax breaks and funding, you don't have to be religious to attend or anything), and they're far more liberal than some churches (*cough* Sydney Anglicans *cough*), but the school is fairly traditional/conservative/old-fashioned in quite a few ways (though they finally got rid of the old leather satchels after I'd been there a year!). So yes, progressive, and nice to read.

I'm going to be offering some icons for AJ month (though whether anyone will want them is another matter *g*), they'll be up Thursday morning. Whether that's Australian or US or whatever timezone depends on my level of organisation, naturally.
