Reminder for any interested Aussies

erilynThe OC starts on Channel 10 tonight at 8:30pm.
I've watched up to about ep 17 (I think), and I really quite enjoy the show. It's rather 90210/Dawson's Creek-ish, with teenager characters played by twentysomethings, lots of melodrama and love triangles, but a nice leavening of humour. Seth is a total fanboy (in that very good looking way that tv nerds are *g*), and Ryan is interesting, and the girls aren't bad, and shockingly for this kind of show, I really like the parents. The adults get ok storylines. My favourite pairing on the show is a married het couple (Sandy and Kirsten). I haven't read much fic for the show, but there's a fair bit out there.
However, it's not gonna be everyone's cup of tea.
