Technical issues
Jun. 21st, 2004 06:22 pmHas anyone else had problems with the sound/picture synch on the Night Out files? Do let me know if there are issues with the files I put up :)
I was just checking the "All I Have To Give" clip, and during Howie's solo, Kevin is mouthing the words with the dopiest expression on his face, then kisses his fingers. I swear he's doing a Howie impersonation, while sitting right next to him. Do you not realise/care that you're in the shot, Kevin? *g*
Speaking of Howie, I have a new OTP. points at icon An OTP of Doooooom, for if this ever happened, the world as we know it would end. Or at the very least, fandom would *g*. But she's actually shorter than him, and look at the matching smiles. MFEO, I tell ya.
I want to put up mp3s of the A Night Out performance, but I'm having problems. Normally I'd just rip the vob files off the dvd, extract a wav file with Graphedit, and then turn that into an mp3 using Creative WaveStudio. But when I open the vob files in VirtualDub to make the avi files, there are two audio tracks, and I select the second one, as the first one was not what I wanted, but it's the only thing that will extract with Graphedit.
So any other suggestions for ways to make mp3s from dvd? I did try making avi files with the audio encoded really high, then rip wave from that, but the quality doesn't seem as good.
A Multifandom Soap Opera cliche challenge? I've died and gone to heaven, I love those soap opera cliches *g*. And many good authors are participating, squeee!
