I've written a letter of complaint that I'm gonna fax the venue tomorrow (and I called to find out who to send it too, and mentioned the issue to the receptionist when she asked).

My review so far is all the stuff apart from the actual concert, I'm still trying to marshal thoughts on that! *g*
