Thoughts about S4 of Angel

erilynWell, up to half way through 4.17 "Inside Out", which is where I am.

hnix, for one) who have heard me rant on and on (and on...) about how much I loathed where S3 of Angel went, and what they did to the characters, knows I had some serious issues with the show. S4 has been ok, but only really started to kick into gear once they started to explain some of my problems, exactly how I wanted them to!
Ha, I really wanted Cordy's "ascension" to be a setup, and with Angel confronting Skip, that looks is what it looks like they're doing. Cordy being a "champion" and "higher being" my fucking ass. Now, just have Angel and Cordy's feelings for one another to be the result of the spell, and have Wes and Gunn make up and ignore Fred for the rest of the show, and I *might* forgive the writers :)
