my only plans for today are the gym (due to cheese and quiche and apple crumble) and going to the rugby (I'll need to be home by 5-5:30 to get ready).

I need to work out also and do some whatnots, but I should be done by 11. Surely enough time for cupcakes! I'd rather do it here if that's okay with you? I am envious of yet a little frightened by the mixmaster.

Actually I just checked and I have like 10g short of the requisite amount of butter, so if you could maybe bring a little of that plz? Oh, and if you have any food colouring lying around? I have some - the full rainbow, even - but maybe yours is superior? Otherwise I think I'm set. I don't have very exciting food - bread, lettuce, eggs etc. I don't know what your feelings on lunch are. We could order out? Or I have plenty of stuff for sandwiches.

In conclusion: I AM A BAD HOST. ALSO, DON'T TURN YOUR BACK ON THE MIXMASTER.
