I am so in shock - NZ lost to France in the rugby. Australia losing to England was disappointing but not that surprising (and the better team on the day won, I'm sad to say).

So much for the all southern hemisphere semi-finals that we thought might happen.

But all smugness apart, I have to admit I'm fucking stunned. I so did not believe France could win this round, not after previous games and all. I just didn't think the team had it in them. This is pretty exciting for us. :-)

I do feel sorry for the All Blacks - the entire of NZ will be in shock and mourning now.

It's kinda wrong that NZ losing is freaking me out more than Australia losing - I just wasn't expecting it!
