Coming out as a slasher (sort of)

Actual conversation this morning with Co-worker T re Torchwood (I stopped by his desk to give him the rest of Life on Mars plus recent Dr Who).

He's seen up to "They Keep Killing Suzie", and we were talking about how that ep was great but the show is a bit uneven.

Me: Yeah, four episodes from Ianto wanting Jack dead to "let's shag!"

T: And they didn't even show us, which sucked. Well, for me, not for you.

Me: Hey, I want to see that.

T: Really?

Me: Hello, two hot guys.

T: That's an unusual attitude.

Me: Not amongst my friends. You know, I didn't watch Queer as Folk for the dialogue! Well, not just for that.

T: *dies*

Then we discussed the relative merits of QAF UK vs QAF US until I realised I really should get back to my desk and do some work.
